Beloved husband of the late Linda (Campbell) and late Helen (Waddell) Westley; Dear father of Allison Rabin, James (Deborah), Robert Westley and Cynthia (James) Snyder; Dear grandfather of 10; great-grandfather of 9, step-grandfather of 10, step-great grandfather of 15; brother of the late Thomas (Barbara) Westley.
Bill was born in Reading, PA and earned degrees from Penn State University and the University of Georgia. He was an active service member (Army) during the Korean war. He was a resident of Clarence for over 60 years.
Family will be present to receive friends on Friday from 4-7PM at the DENGLER, ROBERTS, PERNA FUNERAL HOME, 8630 Transit Rd. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday at 10AM at St. John Lutheran Church of Amherst, 6540 Main St., followed by interment in St. John's Cemetery.
