George C. Roetzer of East Aurora, NY entered into rest January 19, 2026; Beloved husband of 68 happy years to Patricia C. (nee Murray); devoted father of Mary E. Roetzer, Laurie Stiver, Christopher Roetzer, and George (Rose) Roetzer; cherished grandfather of 6; loving son of the late George and Louise Roetzer. George will be remembered for his love of sailing and restoring old WWII jeeps that he proudly drove in the East Aurora annual Memorial Day parade. He was a member of the Shriners Ismailia Temple and American Legion Post 362. Relatives and friends are invited to visit Wood Funeral Home, 784 Main St., East Aurora on Saturday January 31 from 11am – 1pm where a prayer service will be held immediately following.
