Grace Marie Wysocki (nee Chojnacki) longtime resident of South Wales and East Aurora, NY entered into rest April 11, 2026; Beloved wife of the late Gerald Wysocki; devoted mother of Gayle Syty and Gary (Julie) Wysocki; cherished grandmother of Adam (Susan) Syty, Eric (Kaitlyn) Syty, John Syty and Ryan Wysocki; loving great grandmother of Sarah, Eva, Anna and Freya Syty; dear daughter of the late Stephen and Florence Chojnacki. Visitation will be held at Wood Funeral Home, 784 Main Street, East Aurora, NY Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 2 to 5 PM with a service immediately following.
