Joseph “Joe” Terazzi, 90, beloved husband of the late Angela (Cassinelli) Terazzi, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He was born Dec. 3, 1922 in South Windsor to the late Peter and Elida Terazzi.
Joe graduated Ellsworth Memorial High School. He resided in East Hartford for 28 years. Joe worked as a machinist for Colts Manufacturing for over 40 years before he retired. As a talented musician, he started playing the accordion at age 9, eventually becoming the proud leader of the Joe Terri orchestra. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Joe is survived by his two children, Kenneth Terazzi and Lynette Terazzi-Johnson; his sister Loretta Colone; his nephew Gene Bellotti and his wife Caroline and their three children.
Joe’s Committal Service will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 11:00am, at St. Mary Cemetery’s Mausoleum, 930 Burnside Ave., East Hartford.
