Joyce R. Caton

Joyce graduated from Bristol High School, retired from Travelers Insurance Co., volunteered at Manchester Memorial Hospital and was a member of First Church of Christ, Wethersfield. She spent many winters in Englewood, FL volunteering at the Chamber of Commerce, playing cards and traveling.

Joyce is survived by two stepdaughters: Betsy Goss of Northampton, MA and Linda Collier of East Hartford. She also leaves five grandsons: Lee Goss, Kenneth Caton, Keith Caton, Everett Collier and Michael Collier, two great-grandsons: Devin Collier and Mason Collier and many nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her stepson John Caton, four sisters: Martha LaBounty, Mildred Fournier, Louise Welcome and Helen Beattie and one brother, Willard Reed.

There will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be in Concord, VT at the convenience of thPe family. Newkirk and Whitney Funeral Home 318 Burnside Ave. East Hartford, CT is assisting the family.
