June M Fuller

June was born in Hartford, CT and was the daughter of the late Harry W. and Lillian (Pelton) Ferry. She had been employed by the Aetna Insurance and various other positions as an Administrative Assistant.

She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity of spirit and support and love of her family.

She enjoyed reading, knitting and other handcrafts as well as playing Liverpool Rummy at which she was fiercely competitive.

June is survived and will be dearly missed by her loving family: son, Edward N. LaValley of Lakeland, FL and daughter, Elaine Christopher and her husband Michael of Pittsfield, MA, her siblings; Isabelle Meyer and Jeannette Krohne of FL; Lovejoy LaBella, Vivian Arrigoni of Portland; Beatrice Burnham of Clinton; Anne Torrance of Windsor; Henry Ferry of Glastonbury; her sister-in law, Pam Ferry also of Glastonbury; five sweet grandchildren; Adam Christopher and his wife Tanis, Julie Blanchard and her husband Kyle, Steve Lavalley and his wife Kim, Douglas Lavalley and his wife Kara, and Jeffrey Lavalley, her six precious great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her siblings: Pelton, Grace, Edith, Lillian, Janice, Amy, Ellen, and Harry.

June's Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at Glastonbury Funeral Home, 450 New London Tpk., Glastonbury, beginning with visitation from 10am-12pm, followed by a Prayer service at 12pm and memories being shared. Committal services will follow immediately in Green Cemetery, Glastonbury.
