

Malvrick Donkor, 14, of Manchester, passed away unexpectedly on November 21st, 2012. He was the beloved son of Christine Amowaah and stepson of Daniel Ofori-Mintah, brother of Ato Kwamina Donkor and Joseph Ofori-Mintah. Born and raised in Accra Ghana, he moved to Manchester CT seven months ago.
Malvrick was a kind and caring young man who was known for his giving nature. He was quiet and respectful with a great sense of humor and a talent to make others smile. He enjoyed soccer and was a talented long distance runner. He had aspired to become a medical officer after graduation.
Aside from his parents and brothers, he will be dearly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. He was a treasure to this world, and will be dearly missed.
A period of visitation will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at Manchester High School, 134 East Middle Tpk. Manchester CT 06040. The funeral service will follow at the high school from 8:00pm to 9:30pm. A "Sitting" ceremony will take place in the school's cafeteria starting at 9:30pm.
Burial will be at East Center Cemetery on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 11AM.
