Wanda Jolivet

She was born on October 3, 1917 in North Hampton, MA to the late Joseph Daniel Pytko and Geneive (Hamarski) Pytko.

Wanda was a hard-working, strong willed, independent woman. She was employed for many years by Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. She enjoyed life, living it to the fullest, often traveling to far destinations in the company of friends.

Wanda is survived by her children and their families; her daughter Janice Diakonikolas and her husband Nick, her son James Tomasek and his wife Nancy, her grandchildren; Lisa DeFrancesco and her husband John of NJ, Jerry Diakonikolas of Manchester, David Tomasek and his fiancée Nicole, and Kathy Loiselle and her husband Phil. Wanda is also is survived by her great grandchildren; James and Juliana DeFrancesco and Kaelyn Loiselle.

The family would like to thank the staff of VNA Hospice of Hartford, and a special thank you to Irena Cizauskiene, for taking such good care of our Mom, whom she loved very much.

Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
