Carole A. Boyes

Okemos, Michigan

Carole passed away June 20, 2014 at the age of 74. She was born in North Charleroi, PA. to Glenn R. and Pearl (Madsay) Cratty on November 3, 1939. She was a volunteer buyer for the Mary Magdalen League gift shop at St. Lawrence Hospital and made many special friends while working there for nearly thirty years. She also enjoyed traveling, boating, gardening, crafting and playing cards. Carole enjoyed spending time at the lake house and loved being with her family.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, Robert of 51 years; daughter Tracey Boyes Audi; son Todd R. Boyes and grandchildren, Jack Robert Audi and Grace Catherine Audi.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 East Grand River Avenue, East Lansing, MI with Rev. Wes Emerson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 24, from 5-8 pm and one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Midwest Affiliate, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674, or Hospice House of Mid-Michigan, P.O. Box 30480, Lansing, MI 48909, in memory of Carole.
