Janet Kay (Beaman) Dietrich died on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017 surrounded by her family. Janet was a lifelong resident of East Lansing. She graduated from East Lansing High School and attended Michigan State University. Janet loved her birds, Red Wings Hockey, MSU football and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Carolyn (Dietrich) Small, Laura Dietrich and Mary (Todd) Gallup and David (Angie Vette) Dietrich. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Sarah Small, Joseph Small, Anna Small, Clayton (Sara) Gallup, Sam Gallup, Sydney Gallup, Leah Dietrich and great-grandchildren, Paisley and Cooper Gallup. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Hugh and Peggy Beaman and grandson, Jordan Small. Per her request, there will be no services.
