Age 71, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 28, 2010. Jill was born April 8, 1939 in Detroit, MI to Joseph and Rosemary (Schikora) Cuchetti. Jill was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend and artist. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, treasured the holidays, shared her creativity with others and had a way of making life magical.

Jill was preceded in death by her parents as well as brother her Mark Cuchetti. Jill and husband, Fred, were married October 12, 1962. They have 3 daughters; Jennifer (Jeff) Keessen of Rockford, Corey (Ed) Sutter of Grand Rapids and Joanna (Shannon) Poynter of Williamston; son Michael (Kim) Phelps of Mason and 11 grandchildren. Jill is also survived by brothers Rev. Dr. Vincent (Lisa) Cucchetti, Steven (Nancy) Cuchetti, Joseph (Renee) Cuchetti and Philip (Cindy) Cuchetti; sisters Pamela (Tom) McCrone and Christine (David) Orser; many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, June 3, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 1730 E. Grand River Avenue, East Lansing with the Rev. Dr. Vincent A. Cucchetti officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 2 2-4, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
