While attending Albion College, she met John James Baldwin Jr. whom she married in July of 1953. They were married for 52 years.
Mrs. Baldwin taught English and Reading in the Lansing Public Schools for more than thirty years. She had lived in East Lansing and Okemos for more than 50 years; most recently in the Burcham Hills retirement community. Surviving to cherish her memory are her sons, John James (Carol) Baldwin III, Robert Rennie Baldwin; granddaughters, Kenzie Turk, Haley Lentz and Jamie Tyler Baldwin.
Interment will be in Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may contribute to the Heifer Project, Heifer International, www.Heifer.org.
