Kristine worked for many years at L&L Foods. She enjoyed volunteering at the Greater Lansing Food Bank and at the Capital Area Humane Society, and was especially fond of animals. She loved music and found joy in writing stories.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her parents, Kathleen and Michael Bens; sister, Michelle (William) Clare; and nephew, Michael Thomas Clare. The family would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors in the Emergency Department and the ICU at McLaren Greater Lansing for all of wonderful care they provided to Kristine.
