Margaret Louise Corbett

Haslett, Michigan

Margaret was born on May 30, 1925 in Bath County, Virginia to the late James and Lucille Shaffier and passed away in New Port Richey, Florida on March 1, 2014 at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 69 years, Charles Corbett. Surviving to cherish her memory, are three daughters, Sheila (Harvey) Wyskowski, Sandra (Tom) Young and Sharon (Jerry) Corbett; two sons, Charles (Nena) and Rick (Eileen) Corbett; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; eleven great great grandchildren; brother Julian (Peggy) Shaffier; sister, Susan (Arlie) Probst; and several in laws. A funeral will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends from 2:00~4:00 PM and 6:00~8:00 Pm on Thursday, March 13, 2014. Interment will be at East Lawn Memory Gardens, Okemos, MI.
