She was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on March 23, 1946 to James and Bertha (Elmore) Humphrey. They preceded her in death.
Also preceding her in death is her grandson, Thomas Anthony Stull; and siblings, Jimmie Humphrey, Martha Wilson, Maxine Prior, and Donna Cook.
Betty is survived by her sons, Thomas (Norma) Stull of Guyton, GA, James Stull of East Peoria, and David (Ana) Stull of East Peoria; grandchildren, Sabrena (Brett) Stull, Robin (Josh) Shaw, Samantha Faye (Josh) Rasey, Jesse (Bella) Stull, Lacy (Jeff) Stull, Stephanie (Eric) Robinson, Alyssa Golez, Kilie Stull, and Daniel Stull; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Johnny, Jacob, Avarie, Raelee, Mae, Jakx, Lily, Mason, Hudson, Chase, Logan, and one on the way; sister, Joy Dougherty; and sister-in-law, Cindy Humphrey.
Betty worked for OSF St. Francis as an Administrative Secretary for 35 years until her retirement. She was a member of the Silver Sneakers, attended East Peoria's United Methodist Church and volunteered at the Food Pantry.
She enjoyed going shopping, tending to her garden, and especially loved her grandchildren.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Betty's visitation will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024 from 1-3pm at Remmert Funeral Home.
