Carroll Edward DeVore

He was born on Nov. 4, 1926 in Great Falls, MT to Clell and Luella (Miller) DeVore.

Survivors include seven children: David (Tami) DeVore of Washington, Albert (Trudy) DeVore of South Dakota, Danny “Glenn” (Bobi) DeVore of Missouri, Linda Gullett of Pontiac, IL, Gene (Kathy) DeVore of Missouri, Kyneth (Summer) DeVore of Sunnyland, Daryl (Theresa) DeVore of Missouri, numerous grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, two sisters: Ruth Lundeburg, Beverly (Leon) Waggoner and one brother, Charles all of Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Connie, two grandchildren: Shanosfane and Kelly, four brothers: Norman, Floyd, Glenn, Harley and one sister, Thelma Lyons..

Carroll was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked in Construction for 60 years in the Peoria area.

Funeral services will be Monday April 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Olio Cemetery in Eureka.
