David E. Frisby Jr.

David E. Frisby, Jr. age 43, of East Peoria, passed away Monday February 20, 2012 at his mother’s residence in Mobile, Alabama. He was born July 8, 1968 in Peoria to David E. and Gerry (Smith) Frisby, Sr.

Survivors include his mother: Gerry Butler of Mobile, AL; step-mother: Linda and her husband Kirk Boyd of East Peoria; maternal grandmother: Maxine and Ferris Lee of Citronelle, AL; ex-wife: Andrea Frisby of East Peoria; two daughters: Ashley and Amanda Frisby of East Peoria; two brothers: Chad Frisby of Mobile, AL, Aaron (Ashley) Hedstrom of East Peoria; niece and nephew: Heidi and Kadin Hedstrom of East Peoria.

He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.

David worked at Roecker’s Cabinets in Peoria for 23 years. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a member of the Carpenter Local 183.

Funeral services will be Monday Febuary 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria, with Rev. Zach Hoffman officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roberts Cemetery in Morton.

Memorials may be made to an education fund set up for his children through Morton Community Bank in care of Wayne Menold.
