Diana "Kay" Wenzel

She was born Jan. 15, 1952 in Green Valley, IL to Roy and Donna (Hendershott) Dickerson. They preceded her in death along with her step-mother, Ruth Dickerson, and one son, Ralph “Wayne” Wenzel.

Survivors include her lifetime partner, John Casley of Metamora, three daughters: Tami (Kim) Riggenbach of East Peoria, Dora (Fred) Keinath of East Peoria, Jennifer See of Bellevue, 25 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, three sisters: Becky (Mike) Manuel of Mapleton, Linda (Ed) Lane of Rolla, MO, Dawn Stookey of Pekin, and two brothers: Burr (Cindy) Dickerson of Orlando, FL, and Doug (Liza) Dickerson of Peoria.

Kay worked at Glideaway Manufacturing in Peoria for 30 years.

Funeral services will be Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Chaplain Kim Riggenbach will officiate. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services on Thursday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Smithville Cemetery.
