Eva "Joanie" Joan Hendrickson

She was born March 31, 1933 in Sullivan, IL to Lawrence Edward and Eva May (Pedigo) Maxedon. She married Willis E. Hendrickson on August 5, 1966 in Morton, and he preceded her in death in 2011.

She was also preceded in death by her children, Fred Lueders and Gresha Sommer, and brother Paul Maxedon.

Joanie is survived by her step-daughter Jan Watts, and step-son Roger Hendrickson; seven grandchildren: Cindy Crouch, Anna Sickinger, Adam Sommer, Daniel Lueders, Jennifer Collaghan, Carrie Schafer, and Austin Hendrickson; 15 great-grandchildren, siblings, Donna (Norman) Sarver, Daniel (Linda) Maxedon, Mary Maxedon, David (Martha) Maxedon, Susie (Gary) Anderson, and Margie (Ray) Inman, son-in-law, Clint Sommer, daughter-in-law, Mary Jo Lueders, stepdaughter-in-law, Roxann Hendrickson, and several nieces and nephews.

Joanie worked for Caterpillar in East Peoria as a secretary in the purchasing department. She was also a member of the Church of God in Washington.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held at this time.
