She was born July 31, 1980 in Peoria, to Dennis and Christine (Guthrie) Stoneburner. She was preceded in death by her father, paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.
Surviving are her son, Ronnie Simmons Jr. of Pekin; her mother Christine Stoneburner of Midway, AR; maternal grandmother, Gail Hartter of Washington; two brothers Fred (Meagan) Stoneburner and Ron (Jody) Minor both of East Peoria, two nieces and one nephew.
Lisa worked at Heights Finance in Peoria Heights and then as a Manager at Big Al's in Peoria. She will be remembered as loving mother and daughter, who enjoyed writing, animals and spending time with family and friends.
Cremation will be accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 6:30pm with visitation one hour prior to the service at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria.
