Loretta J Ball

She was born in Eunice, Missouri, on February 2, 1942, the daughter of Orville and Beulah Twidwell Davis. She married Daryle Ball on July 12, 1959.

Loretta is survived by her husband of fifty-five years; two daughters, Barb (Brad) McDonald, and Laura Ball both of East Peoria; two sons, David (Dawn) Ball and Steve (Jennifer) Ball both of East Peoria; one sister, Barb (Terry) Byrd of Pekin; one brother, Jim Davis of Marion, IN; ten grandchildren and first great-grandchild on the way.

She was preceded by her parents.

Loretta was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cooking, and cross stitching. She made the best pies. She was kind-hearted, a good listener, and always found the good in everyone.

Services will be at 10:00 am, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 5-7:00pm at Remmert Funeral Home. Pastor Fred Doughty will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
