She was born June 23, 1943 in Mattoon, IL to Herman and Dorothy (Scott) Capshaw. They both preceded her in death. She married Thomas Clark in Peoria on Dec. 24, 1966. He survives.
Also surviving are 3 children, Tammy (Micah) Kern of Deer Creek, IL, Amanda (Bill) Clark-Mikolajczyk of Phoenix, AZ, Tommy (Nasiba) Clark of Los Angeles, CA; 7 grandchildren; 1 brother and 2 sisters.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Bethany Missionary Church, 2525 E Washington Street in East Peoria, with Rev. Joseph Weyer officiating. Visitation will be one hour before services at the Church on Thursday. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Deer Creek. Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
