Toni Minder

After a long fight to come into this world a month and a half early, Toni Michelle was born with a full head of hair on April 20, 1990. Weighing only 5 pounds and 5 ounces, she was as beautiful as her breathtaking surroundings of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The first few months of her life was another fight as she was connected to heart monitors and oxygen tanks. With a lot of nourishment, love and care, Toni quickly became a normal healthy and happy baby. As a toddler, many fell in love with her and she was deemed "as cute as a button" by teachers and acquaintances. She exhibited her intelligence and creativity at a very young age. Toni had the ability to steal the hearts and minds of onlookers in every situation. Growing up with her two brothers, Will and Wade, she learned at an extremely fast pace how to hold her own, and involved herself in basketball and track. As a teenager, Toni strove to perfect her life's ambition of becoming a model and actress. She deserved an Emmy award at the age of fourteen. She not only had the beauty of a model but the talent of a superstar, as she loved to dance and sing. At the young age of eighteen, she married Paul and started a family. Finally after several attempts at the age of nineteen, she was a mother of a beautiful baby girl, Kate, who was her heart's delight. She did everything in her power to be the best mother she could be for her "mini me". She had achieved finishing school, and was signing up for college courses when her life came to a tragic end on June 10, 2011. Unfortunately for those of us left behind, her life was too short. She was adored and loved by all, and will be missed greatly. Remember... we shall see her again one day, waiting for us in the beauty and serenity of heaven. From humble beginnings to humbling endings, may she rest in the Lord's love for all eternity.

Toni Michelle Minder, 21, of Bartonville, passed away at 12:33 am on Friday, June 10, 2011 in Tazewell County.

She was born on April 20, 1990 in Colorado Springs, CO to Margi Anne Bradlo and William Jeffrey Wilson. She married Paul A. Minder in Pekin, IL in 2008.

Surviving are her husband Paul Minder, one daughter, Kate Minder, her mother Margi Haag of Bartonville, and two brothers, Willie and Wade Wilson both of Bartonville.

Toni worked as a sales associate with Charolette Russe and previously attended Christ Bible Church in Creve Coeur.

Cremation will be accorded and a memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2011 from 3 to 6 pm at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. A memorial service will be on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 11:00 am. The Pastor Tom will officiate.
