Earl C. H. Funk of East Point, GA passed away on June 17, 2013. Originally from Frederick, MD, he was born on October 24,1924. He has resided in East Point for the past 46 years. Prior to East Point he resided in Villa Park,IL and Frederick, MD. He is a retiree of The Atlanta Journal and Constitution and a World War II Navy Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Constance Funk of East Point, son, Mike Funk of Charleston, SC, son, Corey Funk of Dacula, GA, daughter, Stacy Weems of Tyrone,GA and son, Kevin Funk of Fayetteville,GA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by daughter, Lenna K. Rowe of Clinton, IL.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, June 21st, 12 noon, at Morrow Presbyterian Church in Morrow, GA with a fellowship gathering at the church to follow.
