Frances Melinda Walker

The family and friends of Francis (Nana) Melinda Walker of East Point, GA born Oct., 28, 1949 are very saddened to announce her passing on April, 21, 2014. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. An advocate of eradicating homelessness, rescue and foster of pets and supporter of legalization of Medicinal Marijuana. Her love, humor, strenght, and caring nature will be deeply missed and remembered. Services will be held at the family's home in East Point. Donations will be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in her name in lieu of flowers.

She is preceded in death by her mother Martha Kimble, sister Debra Stover, and grandson Walker Adrian Johnson. She is survived by her husband of 35 years George Edward Walker, daughters Julie Ann Fuchko, Nichole Marie Walker, daughters in law Marcella Joy Walker, Dana Fuchko, son Danial Edward Walker, son in law C.J. Barrow, grandchildren Julian Grae Johnson, Hailey Marie Johnson, Angel Alexzander Walker, Chris Brown, and Danielle Hope Walker.
