Mary L. Pritchard

Mary Louise Pritchard, age 93, of Lawrenceville, GA, formerly of College Park, GA, passed away Dec. 7, 2012. She was born in Stockbridge, GA, April 18, 1919. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Roy Pritchard and her son Bill Pritchard. She was a 50 year resident of College Park, GA. Mrs. Pritchard worshipped and taught Sunday School at First Baptist Church of College Park. She moved to Griffin, GA in 2000 where she worshipped at Second Baptist Church. In Griffin she became known as the "Muffin Lady" for her kind and generous gifts of homemade Bran Muffins which she provied for church members, shut-ins, friends and neighbors. Surviving are son: Ken (Debbi) Pritchard, Buford, GA, grandchildren; April Pritchard, Griffin, Adam Pritchard, Griffin, Heather Jones, Atlanta, great grandson; Ashton Boggs, Atlanta, brother-in-law; Charles (Catherine) Pritchard, many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at 2: 00 pm at College Park Cemetery.
