A lifelong resident of Chattanooga and East Ridge, she was retired from managing her rental business.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Edding Davidson; mother, Thelma McAllister; father, John McAllister; sisters, Margaret Renner, Edna McGraw, and Mary Rodgers; brothers, Tate McAllister and Sam McAllister.
Survivors include daughter, Janice Davidson Marto and her husband Robert Marto of Atlanta; son, Donald Davidson and his wife, Maryann; and grandchildren, Caitlin and Connor Davidson of the Chattanooga area; sister Virginia Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
