Edna was born in East Ridge, TN on January 14, 1925. She attended Central High School where she was a majorette. She was a life-long resident of East Ridge, TN and member of the Newnan Springs United Methodist Church.
Edna was devoted to her family and friends and was known as “Granny” to all. She would take off in her blue Oldsmobile picking up grandkids and taking them to extracurricular activities, usually picking up an additional kid or two.
She loved hosting celebrations with family and friends at her house that was filled with laughter, commotion and doo-doo cookies.
