

Family survivors include his beloved twin daughters Sophia Ivy and Sydney Star; mother, Sheila Stephens; father, Allen Stephens; brother, Kirk Stephens; fiancé, Anna Burnette and her children Alva, Evelyn, and Geran; sister-in-law Christie Parris, his grandmother Lorene Stephens of Lafe, Arkansas, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Glen is also survived by a multitude of friends he would consider family.
Glen loved writing, fishing, camping, rock climbing, traveling, and the Rocky Mountains. A lifelong adventurer-poet, he was intelligent, entrepreneurial, compassionate, and generous.
Contemporary Service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 22 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 822 Belvoir Avenue, East Ridge. Receiving of friends and a Celebration Party of Glen’s Life will follow. We request Dressy Casual attire, as Glen would have liked.
The family would like to sincerely thank the Intensive and Critical Care Units' staff at Erlanger Hospital for their compassion and kindness to Glen and family, as well as all of those who visited, offered condolences or assistance.
