Harry Vick

Harry retired from the Air Force and had a soft spot in his heart for the military. He loved playing basketball with the Senior Olympics.

He was a member of Bennett Road Bible Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. and Mary Elizabeth Vick; brothers, Larry, Robert and Charles Vick; and former spouse Donna Vick.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Patricia M. Vick; son Randal Boyd Vick; sister Mary E. Maynard (Robert); stepdaughters Robyn Arnold, of Houston, TX; Charon Howell, of Abilene, TX; and Marcy Baker of Jackson, FL. Grandchildren: Megan Arnold Weinel and Callie Arnold, of Houston, TX; Morgan Howell, of Ft. Worth, TX; Ben, Colton, Ryan and Catie Baker, of Jackson, FL; and Christian Brown, of East Ridge, TN.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military rites being conducted.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Tuesday and from 10 – 11 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank all the staff of Standifer Place for the excellent care and compassion given to him and his family.
