A visitation for Jessie will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist-East Chapel, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN 37412. A graveside service will occur Friday, February 25, 2022 at 12:30 PM at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
