Margaret "Peggy" Dockery

She was the daughter of the late Harry and Margaret Hicks and was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Willard Dockery and her great-granddaughter, Aryan Ferrell.

She loved reading and spending time with all of her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Debbie Dockery Sanchez and Susan Dockery Hammontree both of Chattanooga; Kevin Dockery, Franklin, TN and Todd Dockery, Signal Mountain, TN; eight grandchildren, Christopher Hammontree, Casey Hammontree, Kaleigh Sanchez, Ashleigh Sanchez, Alex Dockery, Adam Dockery, Sophia Dockery and Olivia Dockery; four great-grandchildren, Kelsie Francisco, Elijah Hammontree, Daryl Ferrell and Gavin Rainey; brother, Harry Hicks Jr.; two sisters, Karen Chelton and Barbara Fortson; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to OLPH Catholic Church, 501 Moore Road, Chattanooga, TN 37412.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at OLPH Catholic Church with Father Jim Vick officiating. The family will receive friends after the service in the Parish Life Center at OLPH.

Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 404 S. Moore Road.
