He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Wiley and Gradena Tate Miller.
Survivors include two brothers. Lynn Miller and Gary (Joyce) Miller; niece and nephews, Patrick Miller, Phillip Miller Rebecca Miller and Cpt. Matthew Miller, USMC; seven grand-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Monday, March 27, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
