Mrs. Williams was a member of Central Church of Christ and was retired from the United States Postal Service.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Bobby Williams, brother, Mike C. Farmer, sisters, Rhea Reavis, Edith Chadd, and sister-in-law, Faye Farmer.
Survivors include Nancy’s son, Rob Williams Jr., daughter, Mary Thacker, and her beloved grandson, Casey Thacker.
Nancy was a wonderful mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. She will be greatly missed, but we know she is with her loved ones in heaven, and we shall see her again someday.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home 404 South Moore Rd. East Ridge, TN 37412. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
