He was preceded in death by his parents John and Robbie Hallmark.
Survivors include a very special cousin and her husband, Rita and Mark Magness; a special aunt, Pat Ware Johnson; other cousins and aunts.
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Tuesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S. Moore Road with the Rev. Edward Varner officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
The family will receive friends from 4-9 PM Monday at the funeral home.
