Chester A. Hoffner Jr.

Chester was born in Chest Twp, on October 11, 1918; he was a son to the late Mr. Chester A. Sr. and Idella (Mervine) Hoffner. He was employed as an Air Craft Supervisor, by Boeing in Witchia, Kansas and retired form Rohr, in Spring Valley, California.

He was preceded in death; in addition to his parents buy his wife Josephine (Westbrook) Hoffner who passed away on October 18, 1998 a daughter Elaine E. Smith and a son Correll D. Smith.

Surviving is a daughter in law Martha Smith of Kingman, Arizona granddaughter Joe LaBas of Mesa, Arizona a grandson David Chester Smith of Kingman, Arizona; grate grandchildren Dieena Rae Nelson, Michael and Mark LaBas and David Baxter Smith. great-great grandchildren Griffin C. and Spencer Nelson and Blake Labus a brother Loyd Hoffner, of Baltimore M.D. and many nieces and nephews.

Grave side funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stroudsburg Cemetery, with Rev. John Harding Officiating.
