
Born in Stroudsburg on July 26, 1937, he was a son of the late Floyd Sr. and Vera (Hopkins) Marsh. Floyd was educated in the Stroudsburg School District and began his career as a Mason. Floyd then acquired a position at Pottery Design Tech in Stroud Twp., where he was employed until that operation closed.
Floyd liked trains, enjoyed making lamps, liked horses, and loved spending time with his family.
Surviving is his sons, Randy Marsh of Effort, and Tim Marsh of Saylorsburg; daughters, Wendy Maloney of Saylorsburg, and Penny Kuehner and her husband Randy of Kunkletown; brother Richard Marsh of Hamilton Twp.; sisters, Jeanette Fish of Wind Gap, and Dorothy (Dot) Marsh of Stroudsburg; seven grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 25, 2014 at noon in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, with Rev. John W. Harding, officiating. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery, Prospect Street, East Stroudsburg.
A public visitation will be held on Tuesday March 25, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
