Jill M. Smith

Born in East Stroudsburg on April 16, 1955 she was a daughter to the late William H. and June M. Sharbaugh Smith. Jill graduated from East Stroudsburg High School in 1973 and was a lifelong resident of Monroe County.

Jill was currently employed by EMRC Janitorial, at the Stroud Mall in Stroudsburg. She enjoyed doing cross word puzzles and watching Eagles Football. Jill’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family especially her granddaughters.

She is survived by her companion, Vincent Baginski with who she resided in Reeders; son Thomas M. Craig and his companion Kimberly Pohutski of Sciota; brothers, Russell Noble and his wife Gloria of Waverly, NY; and Bernard Smith of Palmyra, NY; sisters, Kathy Mazurowski and her husband Michael of Scottsdale, AZ; Patricia Goucher and companion Phil Simon of Stroudsburg; and Colleen Wright of Phoenix, AZ; granddaughters Taylor and Ally Craig, aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be held on Monday February 11, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street with Rev. Mike Stettler officiating. Interment will follow Prospect Cemetery, Prospect Street, East Stroudsburg.

Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
