Lawrence Walter Gross

Born in Brooklyn, NY; on April 19, 1956, he was a son to the late Lawrence W. Gross who passed away on August 11, 1994 and Rosemary Gronowski Gross of Bushkill. Larry graduated from Queens Vocational High School, New York City, NY; and most recently he was employed as a grounds keeper at the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, Shawnee on Delaware. Larry enjoyed fixing almost everything and was known as an all-around handy man.

Surviving in addition to his mother is a sister Deborah Caputo of East Stroudsburg; niece Amanda Baker and her husband Dan of Gaithersburg, MD; and a nephew Matt Caputo of East Stroudsburg; and his dog Stage.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday January 3, 2013 at 9:30 A.M. in the Church of St. John Roman Catholic Church 5171 Milford Road East Stroudsburg, with Rev. Fr. Jeffrey Walsh celebrant. Interment will follow at Laurelwood Cemetery, Bryant Street, Stroudsburg.

A public visitation will be held on Wednesday January 2, 2013 in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg from 3:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
