Arthur Nath

Arthur Nath died peacefully on Friday, February 10, 2012, at the age of 96. He was one of twelve children born to Frank and Mary Nath in Sandusky, Ohio, all of whom preceded him in death. Art was also preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, June (Carney) Nath, and son David Nath. He is survived by four children: Thomas Nath, Diane Weaver, Donna Freis, Connie Davis, 12 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Art retired from Scott Paper Company after working for 35 years, and from Austin Independent School District where he worked for over 10 years.

Art’s style and sense of humor will be greatly missed. Rosary Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Baggerley Funeral Home with Visitation to follow until 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 13, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Time-Out Group of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or a charity of choice. In addition, a memorial service will be held in Sandusky, Ohio at a later date yet to be determined. Services entrusted to the care of Baggerley Funeral Home of Edmond, Oklahoma.
