Joe was born in Midland, Texas January 25, 1952 to Arlene and Don Bronson. He married his high school sweetheart and best friend, Glenda on September 22, 1972.
Joe started a second career after obtaining his Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma and worked as a special education teacher at Edmond North High School for 22 years.
Joe so treasured his family and friends, always ending his conversation saying “I love you.” His favorite saying was -“Love, Light, Laughter fill your heart every day.”
Joe was preceded in death by son, Joe D Bronson II; parents; and brother, Micheal Mikolajcik. He is survived by his wife Glenda; daughter, Kelli Stone and husband Chris; grandson, Avery; brother, Dan and wife Donna; his sweet dog Jagger; and many nieces and nephews and wonderful, loving friends.
The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at Mercy Hospital OKC, Mercy Home Health and Hospice; especially Joe’s nieces who are nurses at Mercy.
