John Walter DeFrancesco, 61, passed away January 1, 2012. He was born May 3, 1950 in San Francisco, CA, the oldest of four children to John and Helena (Cicak) De Francesco. John served his country in the United States Air Force and later worked at UPS for 35 years. John met his wife Jan at Pacifica Park Beach and Recreation Department and they were married Dec. 22, 1974, just celebrating over 37 years of marriage. John will always be remembered as a devoted father and loving husband. He is survived by his wife, Jan DeFrancesco of Edmond; children, Joanna and Jeff DeFrancesco of Edmond; brothers, Rich, Joe DeFrancesco; sister, Tracy Matteucci all of Pacifica, CA.; and a host of many close friends who have supported the family.

A Wake Service will be held for John 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 5 at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial Mass will be 4:00pm, Friday, January 6, 2012 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
