Michael Joseph Mulligan was born on January 30, 1946 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He graduated from Jonathon Dayton Regional High School of Springfield, New Jersey in 1963. Michael was very proud of his army military service, especially his time in Korea. He served from 1963 to 1966.
Michael retired from the Edmond school system custodial staff. He married Barbara in 1996 in Edmond, Oklahoma. He enjoyed his life with his family and friends and was proud of his home and acreage.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Mulligan; mother, Margaret Mulligan; sister, Loretta Trimberger; and wife, Barbara Wheeldon Mulligan. He is survived by his sister, Joan Clarke of Edmond; 14 nieces and nephews; 17 great nieces and nephews; and 8 great-great nieces and nephews.
