Nancy Monday

Nancy was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 16th, 1940. She and her late husband Lee Monday resided and raised their three children in Edmond, Oklahoma. Nancy worked for the Edmond Building Department for over 20 years. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, and gardening. After retirement Nancy joined the Red Hat Society, she was involved with the Silver Sneakers Club, loved going on bus tours, and made the best strawberry cake.

Nancy is survived by her children Bari & wife Debbie Monday, Charles & wife Brandie Monday, and Sarah & husband Robert Fite of Edmond. Mother Arlene Williams of Purcell, 3 sisters, nine Grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and her favorite grand-dog Maddie.

Services have been entrusted through Baggarly Funeral Home in Edmond. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 31st, 2017 from 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. the family will be receiving friends from 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. funeral service will be Friday, September 1st , 2017 at 10:30 A.M with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond, OK.
