

She was born in Oklahoma City on December 8, 1967, the only child of Mary Tucker and Larkin Daniel Brown. Rebecca graduated from Guthrie High School, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma. She was employed by the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority, where sheenjoyed both her job and her caring coworkers.
Rebecca married the love of her life, Travis Ebey, on October 8, in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
Rebecca and Travis made a terrific team, and shared many passions and hobbies. Together they loved traveling, geocaching, running as hash house harriers, attending concerts and hockey games, caring for their beloved dogs Gretzky and Sugar Bear, and visiting with their innumerable friends and family.
Rebecca was charismatic, compassionate, and kind.Intelligent and intrepid, she wasalways open to fun and adventure. She was quick with a smile, and generous with her love and support. Rebecca's tremendous sense of humor andbeautiful laugh made any gathering sparkle.
Rebecca is survived by her husband Travis Ebey and her mother Mary Tucker Brown, both of Edmond, OK, her grandmother Viva Tucker of Cushing, OK, a large extended family, and countless friends. She was predeceased by her father, Larkin Daniel Brown, her grandparents Dollie and Manuel Sequeira, and her grandfather Glen Tucker. Rebecca was truly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
