Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Jean Freeze, her husband of 59 years, Roger, and a daughter, Lara Jean Vories (Gary). She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Sarah Sophia Freeze, Margaret Reker and Betty Ann Freeze and her brother Jake Freeze.
Ruth is survived by her daughters Cathy Nigh (Cliff) of Oklahoma City and Michelle Boivin of Edmond, OK and sisters Mitzi Valerio, Mary Jean Rehage, Jonnie Kuennan and brother Bill Freeze (Arlene) from California. She is also survived by grandchildren Aaron Vories (Jennifer), Adrienne Vories and Alex Vories (Erica) all from Kentucky as well as Katie Nigh of Oklahoma City, Kelly Longaker (Michael) of Leander, TX and Hannah Leon and Taylor Leon of Oklahoma City and 7 great grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017.
