Stanley A. Garinger

He was born in Mountain Grove, Missouri on January 15, 1930 to parents Oliver and Matrid Garinger. Stanley served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and then went on to receive his Petroleum Engineering Degree from the University of Oklahoma. He married Helen Gayle, from Edmond, OK, on June 4, 1950 at the First Baptist Church of Edmond. Helen passed away on June 20, 2005.

Stanley was a member of Henderson Hills Baptist Church for many years. He was an active member of the Flock and always enjoyed the time he spent at the gatherings.

Stanley is survived by his children and their spouses: Keith and Debbie Garinger, Kevin and Sue Garinger, Kelly Garinger, Kasey and Donna Garinger, and Scott and Kristi Clanton; his grandchildren: Daniel and Jen Garinger, Eric and Shea Sultemeier, Geoffrey and Christina Hangartner, Kevin Garinger, Gayle Garinger, Jacob Garinger, Jeffrey Garinger, Dan and Michelle Falco, Chris and Stephanie Garinger, Justin Garinger, Don and Koree Arrowood, Darren and Karli Ryde, and Katie Clanton; and his pride and joy…the Great-grandchildren: Devon, Keira, Evan, Allene, Cora Jo, Johnathon, Kaitlynn, Lucy Marie, Oliver and Maxwell.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel in Edmond, OK.
