Virginia A. Brown

Virginia attended the University of Oklahoma where she met J. Delbert Brown, soon to be her devoted husband. Their marriage on November 2, 1948 lasted 55 years until her much loved husband, Del, passed away. Together, they had three children, Kathy, Lisa and Gary.

Virginia founded Accent Carpets and Interiors in 1965 and successfully ran the business for 39 years. Most importantly, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1976 and served Him faithfully for the rest of her life. Along with her husband Del, she attended Metrochurch and then CityChurch under their beloved pastor, Dr. Richard Hogue.

Virginia is survived by her children, Kathy Knoles and her husband Jerry and Gary Brown and his wife Tracy; brother, Bill Kelley and his wife Carol; grandchildren: Trey Thee and his wife Kelsie, Joshua Thee, Justin Thee, JohnDavid Brown and his wife Lindsay, Austin Brown, Kyle Brown, Carter Brown and Lainey Brown; and great-grandchildren, Riley Thee and Hailey Thee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. Delbert Brown; brother, Keith Kelley; and daughter, Lisa Thee.
