Albert Allan Bowler

On October 13, 2011, Al Bowler entered eternal rest. Al was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather and beloved friend. His beaming smile, extreme generosity and sense of humor will be missed.

Al will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years Margaret, his daughter in law Heidi-Marie, four sons, Doug (Pauline), Daryl (Tracy), David (Linne) and Dale. The on-going joys of Al’s Life included three grandsons and five granddaughters. He is also survived by his two “big” sisters Vera and Muriel, numerous relatives and dear friends. Al was predeceased by a son Darcy, his parents and parent in laws, one sister and five brothers.

A celebration of Al’s Life will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403-St. Albert Trail, on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Cremation will follow.

Memorial donations can be made directly to the Kidney Foundation of Alberta, Cerebral Palsy Association, Epilepsy Association, or to a charity of choice.
