Bernadette Carrera-Lowe

The family of Bernadette Carrera-Lowe announces her passing on November 20, 2021 at the age of 80 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Enrique Carrera-Lowe, in 2014. Bernadette will be forever remembered by her loving daughter, Felicia Carrera-Lowe (Ian Visman) and their children, Lilia and Elyse; and adoring son, Ricardo Carrera-Lowe. Thanks to family and friends, both here and abroad, for their unwavering support.
